What do I need to know about Vouchsafe (Vsafe) account?
Vsafe account give you the opportunity to conveniently carry out foreign transactions wherever you may be. With access to our Vsafe cards, e-banking, and transfers, payments, orders etc. can be done with you walking into one of our local subscribed e-agents nearest to you.
Vsafe account allows you to fund it with foreign currencies such as dollars, pounds or euros and enables you to do foreign transactions on that account. You can use Vsafe account to transfer money to another country or receive foreign currency from another country through our e-agent around the world. It is used for the purpose of transacting business easily especially for travellers around the world.

How do I open a Vsafe account?
You will open the account through our e-agent in your locality assign to you by our admin (Contact) in the country where you live. Once the account is opened, you can then start using it. The account number, customer ID will be sent to your email or your telephone number, approve and authenticated. After getting the account ID, you can then give it out to the person that will send money to you (Local or abroad) with some additional details. Money shall be send through our assigned e-agents (Contact) or using the Paascode ID our web login page.

Bureau de change
The bureau de change is an office that buys and sell foreign and local currency from you and gives you agreeable equivalent amount in exchange. What they basically do is to change whatever currency you need whether from local currency to foreign or from foreign currency to local.

What type of foreign currencies can I use in my Vsafe account?
Depending on the country that you are based in currently, you can use any foreign currency in your Vsafe account.

If I have Vsafe account and I want to deposit money or transact on my Vsafe account and I can not locate any Vsafe e-agent around me, what can I do?
This means that, you have to contact our admin and transact using your international acceptable valid credit card like Visa Card, Master card, Cryptocurrency like Bitcoin, Walmart Cards, Apple Cards, Amazon Cards and so on depending the location and conveniency to carry out your transaction through our admin guiding you. (Contact).

How do I know a real Vsafe e-agent?
Each of our e-agent have a valid identity ID and can eaily be verify on our web page to confirm and authenticate a real agent. To check for an agent, verify ID (Agent login).

How soon can I receive money sent to my Vsafe account?
Depending on the method of transfer used, your domiciliary account will be credited with the corresponding amount of foreign currency within the stipulated time for the method of payment used.

Can you pay or transfer money online using Vsafe account?
Yes, you can transfer money from your Vsafe account to another Vsafe account abroad or within your country. Depending on the bank, you could be charged a fee for this. All you need to do is to fill out the transfers form on your Vsafe login page ID on our webpage and enter all the details of the account you want to transfer the money to. It more faster when transfer from Vsafe account to another Vsafe account; either way, send or handover the cash to our nearest assigned e-agent close to you and the money would be sent as appropriate.

How do I become Vsafe e-agent?
We partner with recruiting firm/company to recruit new e-agent. Messages are sent to the qualified applicant(s) to apply through our career page on our webpage.

Can you receive money with a different currency to your Vsafe account ?
It depends; some of our assigned e-agents can allow you to use your savings account to receive payments or receive money within or from a different country.

How do I prevent being Fraud on Vsafe Bank activities ?
You can assist VsafeBank to combat fraud and misconduct, by contacting us or notify our e-agent around you. We keep all information provided to us on fraud report(s) as confidential, Ethics Line, and independently operated by Professional Services.

How can I Report Scam Alert?
Report to us. This is to alert you of the circulation of scam emails by fraudsters, requesting customers to update their Account information by clicking on a supposed webpage link or replying to the email. The web page then requests Customers to provide sensitive information about their accounts. This is not from us.
